Core Power Training is a New Private Personal Training Facility in Eastlake.  Core Power Training (CPT) focuses in assisting you to be in the best possible shape.  CPT will make sure  all your right muscles are firing up according to the exercise.  This way your muscles are working together instead of working against each other.  This elite strength training program will enable you to lose those unwanted pounds, gain lean muscle, and improve your overall health and appearance. You will be completely revitalized by this program! My unique approach will help you transform your lifestyle. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need to exercise your mind as well. The program will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health.  It will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones.  New cardiovascular equipment with LCD T. V's attached and cable added so you can watch and listen to your favorite show or sports game while you burn calories! 




  
We also have access to beautiful Scobee Park.  This is a private park.  It has basketball and tennis courts.  We use this park not only for fun but for most of our drills on nice days.  The park is also equipped with a sandbox with multilayer pull up bars, rings and a beach volleyball court.  We also have access to lockers, showers and bathrooms at the park.
It's a nice change of scenery!
